SysOp is a very easy to use and intuitive script, and anyone from a newbie to a techmonkey can figure out how to work it. All the functions are solid, and it provides good control. The colors might get a bit annoying at one point, but that's not really an issue.

Script evolving allows for any graphic effect to your dialog window, the MDI via mIRC popups and DCX.dll and other notes Dlls combined with each other.
And possible to update the script with update system for all versions or addons that will be introduced later.
It needed the Flash Player.
For Win Xp make sure you have installed the GDI+ Plus
For Win 7|8 the first run to change the theme of windows in the basic theme, then activate Aero style glass or Glow to get the maximum effect in the dialog boxes.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

MAIN COMMAND: /blocker
^^ This command brings up the options dialog where you can
toggle your Gate Keeper.
Variable Settings, can be set to accept all messages, prompt
for permission first or ignore all messages.
Customizable event messages allow you to assign different
messages to accepted, declined, ignored and even more
messages.
Message prompt window color can be set to whatever color
you want with a drop down color combo box.

* Accept All Messages - This is basically the "off" setting
* Prompt All Messages - This is basically the "on" setting.
A prompt window will pop up on your screen with the name,
and message from who ever is sending you a private message.
The prompt window has 3 options, Accept, Decline and Ignore.
* Ignore All Messages - With this 3rd option enabled, the
script is niether on nor off, but is still running. It
automatically declines all incoming private messages until
you set it back to one of the previouw two settings.
* Message Window Color - This allows you to set the color of
the prompt window that pops up when the script is in "Prompt
All Messages" mode.
* Do Not Prompt For Users In My Notify List - Anyone in your
notify list is ignored by this script when this feature is
enabled.
* Gate Keeper Messages - These messages are customizable for
the events in which the Gate Keeper handles. You can put
whatever you want there I suppose, but I didn't intend for
people to be rude about ignored or declined messages.

This is ©rackrock/BitchX v1.1 for mIRC.
So in the wake of Bitch-X2 in the works or whatever it's being
called, my impatience has led me back into the world of scripting..
This is based heavily on the ©rackrock add-on for the IRC-II script
BitchX.
I tried to stick to the original script and theme as much
as possible however, I stuck with the ircN 7.27 crackrock theme for
a long time. It has had a bit of an influence here.
The scripting is done all in the original script files provided with mIRC with the exception of the KTE theme engine that powers the theme.
I've never been a huge fan of .mrc files. They're too bulky and, only make for slow features which, when it comes to channel protection you really can't afford. So the only one you'll find with this is for the KTE Engine.
Speaking of KTE,
The KTE Engine was chosen for a number of reasons, most notably,
that it does NOT consume resources like most other MTS engines.
The theme was originally written by tabo for aIRC and, I modified it to look more like the ©rk theme that was added with BitchN for ircN 7.27
It's pretty feature rich with a shitlist, channel flood protections,
services popups and a few interesting takes on kick/ban aliases.
I took the time to add an on connect feature in the scripts.ini
file that, anyone with a little bit of scripting can-do will
be able to add their own on connect scripts.
I know it's a bit dialog heavy and, I'm working on trying to make it more command based like the bX of old.
To install it. Simply Unzip it to C:\nevermore, install the DINA font, and run the exe. Simple.
This is my first attempt and, I'm sure there are bugs in it.
