New chat server using IRCWX Has Been opened hoping to get IRC Users to come on and help us Develop the chat in a more user friendly way. IRCWX can be improved in so many ways that it can stand out and be a better community for Developers or just chatters looking for a useful and easy access to chatting. This server in question is owned by a Private Person and has err0r doing the design aspect and Wes doing server aspects and Chain advertising and greeting the chatters. This server is a no room support server. it has its own Automated HDBot system and its own Support Ticket System The Owner of ChatRoom Controls his own issues, there are no Sysop or Guides. There is no dictating on how an owner runs his rooms. Like IRC Servers the Owners decide the rules and actions they wish to have. Admin are just there for server issues and nothing else. This server has been implemented with the most updated system. We are still continuing to add and better IRCWX but with the help of more developers looking to make IRC-Community a better chat experince. https://www.irc-community.com 220.127.116.11 7778
China has been quietly building an empire across the globe that will soon dominate the world, and not many Americans or Europeans realize it. The loans gave these countries the economic boost that they needed to become more significant players on the global stage, however, these countries have all seen economic hardships when it came time to pay back the money, because the conditions of the loan are very strict. When China loans money to a country and they are unable to pay, which happens often, the country must then give up a large stake in its economic infrastructure, including ports and trade routes. This strategy of conquest is popularly known as “debt trap diplomacy” Read Morer Here

AT&T wants to sell me 1,000Mbps fiber-optic internet, and I’m beyond ready to pay for it. In fact, I’ve already signed the contract at least nine times now. But like tens of millions of my fellow citizens across the United States, I don’t actually have the ability to switch. Across the country, the FCC and internet service providers are pretending there’s competition in an unimaginable number of places where it doesn’t actually exist. It’s a nationwide problem, but one that I’m experiencing even in the Silicon Valley — where you’d think the internet might be better. Read More Here
