Mirror messages from IRC channel to Skype chatroom and vice versa * Support regular messages, emotes (`/em`) and Skype message edits * Only from IRC side * In chat, trigger mirroring transparently by adressing the bot with `ON` or `OFF` * Direct messages to bot * Turn mirroring to Skype `ON` or `OFF` for the user, get user's present `STATUS` * Query for Skype users mirrored to IRC channel using `INFO #channel` **This bot deliberately prefers IRC to Skype!** INSTALL ------- On Ubuntu/Debian you need `python-irclib` and `python-skype` as well as Skype itself to run the script. For `python-skype` I used the version 1.0.31.0 provided at `ppa:skype-wrapper/ppa`.

Script Updates Converted all files from ANSI/chcp 1252 to UTF-8, and added Unicode support to regular expressions in functions. Fixed XDCC.ptm bug that prevented translation from working properly. The old exploit was apparently not completely fixed. It should now be fixed. The Splash screen is back! We have fixed all known bugs, and the script is back to what it was when 4.22 was released.

acidblood IRC Bot

This is an old script I created when I was chatting on multiple networks. I haven't updated this in awhile so I release this as is and most likely will not update it. Feel free to use it however you wish. Thanks to Wes and Chain for their efforts in creating this script. Again this is released AS IS. I am aware there are a few minor errors and some of the networks are no longer around. If you want to update this or continue the project you have my blessing.
